Stay on top of your quotes with the new quotes page

It's now easier than ever to manage your quotes. New key metrics provide insight into how your quotes performed over the last 30 days. Trend percentages help you compare these numbers with the previous 30-day period. Plus, see the dollar value of sent vs. converted quotes so you know how much work you're winning.

We've also updated the quotes list to make it easier to navigate. Your detail columns now take up the entire page width for better visibility. With more sorting options and improved filtering, you can find what you need even faster.

Welcome to the new Jobber!

Our new design is now officially here to stay! We know this was a big change, and we thank you for your feedback over the last few weeks. We’ve made the following adjustments:

  1. Search is now more accessible and efficient
  2. Workflow colors are back for easier differentiation
  3. Statuses are brighter and bolder
  4. Contrast on the side navigation has been improved for better visibility

The new design is the first of many enhancements focused on helping improve your experience with Jobber. Please keep sharing your feedback with us!

Get insight into your client base with new client metrics

To provide you with more insight into your client base, we've added new metrics on the Clients page.

All Jobber accounts will show the number of clients added year-to-date and new clients added in the last 30 days. Plus, a trend indicator shows how this compares to the previous 30-day period. For Grow accounts with lead management access, you'll also see the number of new leads added in the last 30 days, along with a trend indicator.

These key metrics provide valuable insights, helping you stay on top of your business's health.

Get more Google reviews with automatic follow-ups on Reviews

With Reviews, your preferred customers will receive a review request after their invoice has been paid. Now, they will also get a follow-up the next day if they do not click the review link from the initial message they received. This automatic review follow-up will remind them to take action and lead to more customers leaving a review for your business.

Custom fields now included in the new visits report

You can now include custom fields in the visits report to keep track of details specific to your business, such as budgeted labor hours or type of work. The added flexibility allows you tailor the report for extra insight into your business operations.

Note: some functionalities found in the visits report (legacy) are currently unavailable in the new visits report. The visits report (legacy) will remain accessible while we integrate additional features into the new report.

Collect more information from your client with image uploads on your request form

Clients can now submit up to 4 images with their work request. With this extra information, you can better assess the scope of the work to ensure the right expectations are set with the client.

Image uploads are optional by default for all accounts but can be set to mandatory if you require images. If the client has submitted images with their work request, the images will appear as a note on the request.

With the new CallRail integration, each inbound phone call you receive will create a new lead or sync to an existing client in Jobber. You’ll see their contact information, lead source, and a timestamped record of every phone call automatically in the client’s profile.

Save time booking assessments with online booking

You can now offer assessments as a bookable service for your customers. When setting up your bookable services for your online booking page, you will specify if the service should be booked as an assessment or a job. This will help cut the back and forth between you and your customer and ensure your reporting is accurate for assessments and jobs.
