After much feedback, we're thrilled to finally introduce dark mode! Dark mode helps reduce eye strain and lets you work more comfortably for longer periods of time. Moreover, it helps extend your device's battery life and lessens glare and reflections on your screen.

At this time, this setting is only available when accessing getjobber.com through a computer or mobile browser. Click the ⚙️ Gear icon to switch between light and dark mode. Your eyes will thank you!

Save more time with automated email campaigns that work as hard as you do

With Campaigns, you can set-up emails that will automatically be sent to your customers once they meet certain conditions. This will make running campaigns more efficient because you can set it up once and then let it run 24/7 in the background—bringing in new business for you.

With the automated ‘Re-engage past clients’ template and the ability to include or exclude customers with specific client tags, who have had specific products/services (line items), or job types (one-off/recurring), there are many possibilities. Some examples of campaigns you could automate are...

  • General outreach to customers who haven't had work done in a while
  • Maintenance reminders to customers who had a specific type of job
  • Encouraging one-off clients to book recurring services

Show customers you care by responding to their review in just 2 clicks

With Reviews, you can easily respond to your customers' reviews from Jobber by clicking ‘Generate response’. It will generate a unique response based on the content of the review. If needed, you can tweak the response or use the rewrite action before sending it off! Google favors businesses that respond to their reviews so be sure to show your customers that you appreciate their review!

Other updates to Reviews include the follow-up schedule changing to 3 and 5 days after the initial review request.

Get richer insights from requests and online booking with Google Analytics

You can now connect your request form and online booking to Google Analytics 4 to gain richer insights, including your conversion rate.

When connecting your Jobber request or online booking form to Google Analytics, you will be prompted to add your Google Analytics 4 tracking code, so you will need to have that code handy as part of the set up.

New quotes page features that help you save even more time

Keeping up with a large volume of quotes has been made simpler. With new bulk actions, admin users can select multiple quotes and delete or archive them all at once so it’s easier to stay organized.

We've also added quick actions for individual quotes so you can delete, send, or convert them into jobs without leaving the page. Simply hover or right-click on a specific quote to see the available actions.

Last but not least, we listened to your feedback and brought back the overview section! At a glance, you can quickly determine how many quotes need actioning based on their status.

These improvements were made in order to save you time so you can focus on more important aspects of your business.

A new version of the Jobber <> Zapier integration is now available! This edition introduces 8 new triggers and actions, allowing you to automate more of your routine tasks in Jobber or other tools.

Note: Existing zaps will need to be updated to version 3.0.0, while any new zaps will automatically be on the new version.

Partial or full refunds: it's your choice!

Sometimes situations come up where you need to issue a refund to a client. It happens! Jobber Payments users can now issue partial refunds for an invoice or deposit.

With this update, you have the flexibility to choose the exact amount you’d like to refund, including tips. Once the refund is issued, your client’s billing history box will be updated, giving you a full picture of all their payment records. You save time, and your clients stay happy.

Your navigation has been updated to make your experience more intuitive. We've redesigned it to add more contrast for improved usability and streamlined it for easier navigating.

Users with two-way text messaging can now view messages through the Home view. Plus, the new More tab gives you quicker access to your Apps & Integrations, Jobber Payments, Jobber Money, Settings️ ⚙️ and more, all in one place.
