If your client doesn’t click the link in your initial review message, Jobber will automatically send up to two follow-up reminders. These reminders help increase your chances of collecting reviews without needing to follow up manually.
Now, these followup messages can be customized to say what you want.
To adjust the follow-up messages, select each follow-up from the settings menu, then set the timing, choose the channel (text or email), and customize the message. (Note: users without a dedicated phone number will only be able to select email).

Give your customers real-time peace of mind. When your team taps On My Way in the Jobber app, the message can now include a live tracking link powered by Force Fleet Tracking - so customers can see the vehicle that’s en route to them.
The customer will receive an SMS with a unique Force Fleet Tracking link, which they can open to view the vehicle’s current location on a map. The link automatically expires once the visit is complete or after the scheduled end time.

Use the “Required” toggle on job form questions to make sure your team captures the most important details, every time. This improves job visibility and reduces delays caused by missing information.
With required questions on job forms, admins can ensure critical info is filled out before a visit is completed. Field workers see a progress bar as they go and are prompted to finish any missing responses before moving on.
If a visit is closed with unanswered required questions, field staff will be guided to complete them, and admins will be notified right away through the activity feed and Home page of Jobber. This helps everyone stay on the same page, reduces back-and-forth, and keeps work moving smoothly.

The revenue by lead source chart—available on the insights dashboard—shows the total invoiced revenue tied to lead sources like Google, Facebook, and Instagram over the last 90 days. It gives you a quick, visual snapshot of what’s driving results.
For a deeper dive, use the lead source report to track the number of leads and revenue from each source over time. This makes it easier to know where to focus your marketing budget and effort.
