Keeping up with a large volume of quotes has been made simpler. With new bulk actions, admin users can select multiple quotes and delete or archive them all at once so it’s easier to stay organized.
We've also added quick actions for individual quotes so you can delete, send, or convert them into jobs without leaving the page. Simply hover or right-click on a specific quote to see the available actions.
Last but not least, we listened to your feedback and brought back the overview section! At a glance, you can quickly determine how many quotes need actioning based on their status.
These improvements were made in order to save you time so you can focus on more important aspects of your business.

Sometimes situations come up where you need to issue a refund to a client. It happens! Jobber Payments users can now issue partial refunds for an invoice or deposit.
With this update, you have the flexibility to choose the exact amount you’d like to refund, including tips. Once the refund is issued, your client’s billing history box will be updated, giving you a full picture of all their payment records. You save time, and your clients stay happy.

From the Reviews dashboard, you can indicate which communication channel you want to use for your review requests by clicking the "Manage" buttion. For the initial request, you can choose to send it via text message, email, or both. By default, it will be both to reach each customer—those who prefer text message and those who prefer email. Follow-ups can be sent via text message or email only.
