From the Reviews dashboard, you can indicate which communication channel you want to use for your review requests by clicking the "Manage" buttion. For the initial request, you can choose to send it via text message, email, or both. By default, it will be both to reach each customer—those who prefer text message and those who prefer email. Your revenue and cost trends can now be accessed through the one-off jobs report. Get a clear picture of your key revenue metrics alongside your detailed report so you can track your progress over time and make more informed decisions about your business.
With Campaigns, you can draft your email when it's convenient for you and schedule it to send at an optimal day and time for your customers. Once a campaign is scheduled, you will see a 'Scheduled' status in your dashboard. You can hover over the campaign to 'Pause and edit' the campaign or 'Send now' if you want to override the scheduled date and time.
