Custom fields now included in the new visits report

You can now include custom fields in the visits report to keep track of details specific to your business, such as budgeted labor hours or type of work. The added flexibility allows you tailor the report for extra insight into your business operations.

Note: some functionalities found in the visits report (legacy) are currently unavailable in the new visits report. The visits report (legacy) will remain accessible while we integrate additional features into the new report.

Collect more information from your client with image uploads on your request form

Clients can now submit up to 4 images with their work request. With this extra information, you can better assess the scope of the work to ensure the right expectations are set with the client.

Image uploads are optional by default for all accounts but can be set to mandatory if you require images. If the client has submitted images with their work request, the images will appear as a note on the request.

With the new CallRail integration, each inbound phone call you receive will create a new lead or sync to an existing client in Jobber. You’ll see their contact information, lead source, and a timestamped record of every phone call automatically in the client’s profile.

Save time booking assessments with online booking

You can now offer assessments as a bookable service for your customers. When setting up your bookable services for your online booking page, you will specify if the service should be booked as an assessment or a job. This will help cut the back and forth between you and your customer and ensure your reporting is accurate for assessments and jobs.

New Feature

New improvements to organize and create notes more quickly

With just a click, you can now pin client notes to always appear first, even as new notes are added. Pinned notes will appear on top of the notes section on all devices to help your team keep track of the most important details, especially if there are multiple notes attached to a client or work item.

Plus, your browser and app now remember which work items your most recent note was linked to, so you can save even more time when creating new notes even when on the go.

Get directions or let clients know you're on the way in just one tap

It's now easier than ever to find directions to your next job or text your client that you're on the way while working in the field!

While viewing a visit in the Jobber mobile app, you will see two buttons under the name and address of your client. Tap Directions to open your preferred maps app and drive confidently to your next job. Tap On my way to text your client an estimated arrival time.


On my way texts is available on the Connect and Grow plans.

Be better prepared for the job with image uploads in online booking

Clients can now submit up to 4 images with their online booking. Images give you an opportunity to quickly assess the scope of the work before you get onsite so you can set the right expectations with the client.

If the client has submitted images with their booking, the images will appear as a note on the visit.

See all completed job forms at a glance in the new job forms report

The job forms report makes it easy to access and recall information collected from job forms in bulk.

Customize your report by selecting the name of the form and a date range to see how each field in the job form was completed. This will allow you to compare jobs and reference key information from your job forms quickly and easily.
