When a lead comes through your request form or online booking, Jobber will automatically record any UTM tags from the URL. If there is a UTM source tag, it will automatically become the lead source on the client's profile and be visible on your marketing insights dashboard. All other UTM tags will be recorded in the new client lead source report.
The client lead source report provides more insight into where your leads have come from and information on their respective quotes, jobs, and invoices. This report helps you understand which channels or campaigns drive the most revenue for your business. By leveraging these insights, you can then make more informed decisions about your marketing spend and strategy.

As you start tracking lead sources over time, you'll see what your top performing sources are on your marketing dashboard. You can also view and export this data from the client contact info report.
