You can now let leads and customers request work through your website or social media.
Customize your request form to capture all the information you need from the customer to begin with quoting or scheduling the job. Customers can submit their request through your website, social media, or in client hub at any time. You’ll receive a notification as soon as a new request comes in, to action it.
To get started, navigate to Requests to set up your form or visit our Help Center for more information.
Customers can now refer your business from the client hub.
“Refer a friend” prompts in client hub encourage customers to share booking links with their friends and family or on social media, so you can generate quality leads. Referred leads will arrive in Jobber as new requests, tagged with the name of the customer that referred them.
To get setup, toggle referrals “on” in your client hub settings or visit our Help Center for more information.
Google Local services ad integration (US only) connects you to customers with less effort. When customers find you through Google, with the Jobber integration, customers will also see an option to schedule an available time in your Jobber calendar.
Thumbtack (US only) is a marketplace for finding local professionals. Integrate Jobber with Thumbtack to spend less time looking for work and let Thumbtack match you with the jobs you want.

The new map view in the mobile app makes it easier to locate all your appointments while on the go. Quickly access job details and navigate to your next visit with just a tap. Managing a team? View their appointments on the map and keep track of their progress throughout the day.

We know how important it is to have access to Jobber even when you’re in poor service areas. In addition to being able to access your latest visit details from when you were last online, you can now create and save text notes when your device is offline. The mobile app will store your notes locally and sync them when you're back online.

Creating or editing quotes, jobs, and invoices in the mobile app is faster than ever. You can now select multiple line items from your products and services list and each line item will appear in the order that you selected them. If you need to edit something, simply tap on the line item to edit any of the details.

Communicate arrival windows instead of a fixed start time to let your clients know when to expect you and add more flexibility to your day. Whenever you create or edit a job, you can now set an arrival window that will be included in client hub, booking confirmations, and visit reminders.

When sending an "on my way" text, you or your team can include a callback number so your clients can contact their assigned service pro directly. No more playing phone tag with your team!

We’ve updated the invitation that your team receives to join Jobber so it’s easier for them to independently set up their account and get up and running. From the invitation, all they have to do is download the app, open it, and enter a password to complete their profile.

After adding them to your Jobber account, new non-admin users who join through their mobile device will receive an email or text with a link to download the Jobber mobile app. Once they download and open the app, all their details will be automatically filled in; all they have to do is set a password to complete the setup. No more switching back and forth between a browser and the app!
This simplified process allows your team to get up and running quickly so you can focus on other priorities.

Whenever you create or edit a job, you can now set an arrival window that will be included in client hub, booking confirmations, and visit reminders.
Add a window after the start time or center the window on the start time, whichever works best for your operations. Set a default window for all your jobs, and customize each one as needed. Arrival windows give you greater flexibility to manage your time so you can continue to provide the best service to your clients.

Stop playing phone tag with your team and ensure your clients reach the right person, every time. You and your team can now include your personal or business number when sending an on my way text.
With a personal number included in the message, customers can directly contact their assigned service pro for any concerns.
To enable this feature, add the phone numbers of your team members under Gear Icon > Manage Team in Jobber Online.
On my way text messaging is available on Connect and Grow plans in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

When you’re working in the field, you need to be able to act on your work quickly from the mobile app–especially when you’re with your client.
Now, you can quickly create or edit Quotes, Jobs, and Invoices from the mobile app by selecting multiple line items at once from your products and services list, rather than one at a time. Having unreliable data service can be a problem when you're always on the go. Now, you can document your work and keep track of important details even when your connection is down.
While offline, create and save your text notes as usual and they will be temporarily stored on your device locally. Notes you make will automatically sync once your app is reconnected to the internet, ensuring you and your team are always up to date on the work that you do.
