Make better business decisions with the new requests report (beta). You can now view your requests and assessments data over time by selecting a specific date range. Further customize your report by selecting only the columns of data that you need like request title, status, assessment date, and more.
Keeping track of how many of your requests have led to assessments, quotes, and jobs will help you improve your pipeline. The report will link to any quotes or jobs generated from the request and also includes your customer’s responses to your online request form questions.

Jobber is now available in Spanish for all non-admins in the Jobber mobile app. This means Spanish-speaking team members can more easily manage their work in Jobber, including viewing their schedule, sending “on my way” texts, using timers, invoicing, and collecting payment.

You can now set the interval your appointment times will be offered at. You can have appointments as often as every 30 minutes or as little as every 4 hours. These intervals will begin at the start of your business hours. This setting will allow you to better optimize your schedule by having more control over the number of appointments you make available, and when, on any given day.

When a client fills out their information while making a booking, they will now have space to leave a note with additional details. This is where the client can provide more details about the job to be done, how to gain access to their property, or any other details. The details provided will appear in the visit instructions.
Additionally, your client's phone number and email address are required in order to proceed with the booking. This way, you can ensure you are collecting all the contact information you need in order to do business with them.

Automatic payments help you get paid faster while saving you and your customers time. That’s why we’ve made it even easier to turn on automatic payments for recurring jobs. Now, you can ask your customers for a card on file and pre-enable automatic payments at the same time. Once your customer saves their card in client hub it will be charged automatically after an invoice is created.

DocuSign makes signature collection easier for you and your clients.
The new DocuSign integration makes creating agreements and managing their progress within Jobber a breeze–saving you time and giving you increased visibility into approvals. You can automatically draft up a DocuSign agreement for the client when a quote is sent or approved, or when a job is created in Jobber. Plus, the agreement template you set up in DocuSign can automatically populate Jobber fields–such as client name, property address, quote number, and more–onto your DocuSign agreement. Once sent, you can keep an eye on the signature status from Jobber within the quote or job created for the client.
The DocuSign integration is available on Connect and Grow plans in the United States and Canada.
You can now set a service area for online booking which limits who can book online based on their address. When enabled, the first step of your online booking page will now ask for your customer’s zip/postal code. If they aren’t within your service area, the booking page will ask that they instead contact you directly for more information. This will help you control how far you’ll travel for an appointment with more controls coming soon!
