Key metrics help you track performance of requests

The Requests page now has two key metrics to help you understand your business health at a glance. You'll see the number of new requests in the past 30 days and a conversion rate of how successfully requests are converted into quotes or jobs. Trends arrows for each metric help you gauge growth or decline from the previous time period.

These metrics make it easier to see how well you capture leads and turn them into opportunities without digging into detailed reports.
