Control how review follow-ups are sent to your customers

With Reviews, you can customize if and when review follow-ups are sent to your customers. You can adjust how many days after the initial request you'd like to send a follow-up to your customers. You can also choose to turn off follow-ups altogether if you prefer.

To manage your follow-up preferences, click 'Manage' from the Reviews dashboard and select the follow-up you want to customize. From there, you can adjust the timing or turn it off by using the toggle.

Reviews is available as an add-on to all plans in the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. It is also included as part of the Marketing Suite.
