Keep your client communications organized by filtering unread messages

Improve your customer's experience with two-way text messaging in Jobber. Manage and keep track of conversations that require a response or input from other members of your team by marking the status of conversations requiring follow-up as unread.

In addition to marking any text conversations as unread, a filter has been added to make finding those messages even easier! This filter also works in combination with the search function to help you find the content you are looking for even faster.

This feature will be available on Jobber Online.


Two-way text messaging is available on Grow plans in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
