Notify multiple teammates with a single @mention

Save time when you need to keep multiple teammates in the loop. With group @mentions, you can notify a group of people at once instead of tagging each person individually.

Use group @mentions in notes on clients, requests, quotes, jobs, visits, and invoices:

• @admins notifies every admin on your account
• @assigned notifies everyone assigned to that visit

Everyone included in the group gets notified, and read receipts show exactly who has seen it. That makes it easier to share updates, flag important details, and know the right people are up to speed.
