Your Files and Media Library keeps your business's photos, videos, and files in one place. These updates make it easier to find the one you need and put it to use without re-uploading.

Reuse photos on quotes and requests

You can already add files and photos from your Files and Media Library to invoices and marketing content. Now you can add them to quotes and requests too.

Want to show a client what finished work looks like before they say yes? Add before-and-after photos from past jobs to your quote. Need to share site photos from an assessment? Attach them to the request so your team has everything in one place. Each file only needs to be uploaded once, and you can use it again wherever you need it.

Search for the file you need

Use the search bar to find a photo, video, or file using the details saved with it. You can search by the client it belongs to, where it was added (like a specific job), the date, time, or address linked to it, or the team member who added it.

Just start typing what you remember, like a client's name, a street address, or who was on the job, and you'll see the matching files.
