New schedule: More control over unscheduled work and rescheduling

The latest updates to the new schedule give you more ways to stay organized, communicate changes to clients faster, and move work around with less manual effort.

Sort unscheduled appointments your way

You can now sort unscheduled appointments by oldest first, newest first, client name, or manual order so it's easier to prioritize what needs attention. Find the appointments that have been waiting the longest, locate a specific client's work without scrolling, or drag to arrange them exactly how you want.

Notify clients automatically when you reschedule

When you move an appointment, you can now choose to send your client an email or text notification. Keep clients in the loop without a separate follow-up—just reschedule and notify in one step.

Bulk reschedule: shift appointments by X days

Need to push a block of work forward? Select multiple appointments and shift them all by a set number of days at once. From any schedule view, go to More > Reschedule & reassign to get started. Whether you're dealing with weather delays, a crew change, or a slow week, bulk rescheduling saves you from updating every appointment one by one.
