You already have the power of two-way text messaging in Jobber, and now it’s even better. You can attach images right from the mobile app or desktop Message Center, making it easier than ever to communicate clearly and professionally.

No more jumping between devices, channels, or phone numbers to keep your clients updated. With Jobber’s enhanced two-way messaging, you can start and carry on real-time conversations, share image updates, and stay connected - all in one place.

Send up to 5 images per message (max 5MB per image), along with up to 1,600 characters of text. Whether you’re sharing before-and-after photos, visual estimates, or on-site updates, this feature gives you plenty of flexibility to add clarity, professionalism, and accountability to every conversation.

Availability: Two-way text messaging is available on the Grow Plan in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Please note that due to carrier limitations, receiving images (MMS) is not currently supported in Great Britain.
